Marathon just introduced a new design of a revolutionary Quick Change Jaw Chuck with programmable master jaw adjustment with the following features:
o AUTOMATED – programmable master jaw adjustment without operator intervention. Jaws can be adjusted to the necessary diameter by the CNC control.
o QUICK JAW CHANGE – manual quick jaw change standard
o NEW – this is the only hydraulic power chuck with programmable adjustment in the market
o FAST – at least 3-times faster adjustment, than with other conventional hydraulic chucks (3 jaws are adjusted in the same time, simultaneously )
o PRODUCTIVE – high cutting speed possible with dynamically balanced chuck (max. 5000 rpm)
